At Hollywood Trend 9, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond quickly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.
1. Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on https://hollywoodtrend9.com/ infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to the original work or a detailed description).
- Identification of the infringing material that is requested to be removed, including a direct URL to the page on Hollywood Trend 9 where the material is located.
- Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the USA, for any judicial district in which Hollywood Trend 9 may be found).
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Hollywood Trend 9 has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
